Jury Comments: Great idea and well thought out on many levels. Ideas are well defended , presented and graphically clear.

This was a rigorous and extremely well represented proposal. The depth and clarity of the ideas come through at every scale. The combination of standalone, primarily prefabricated components speaks to the limitations of building in such remote environments. Once recombined, the resulting architecture is equally performative and inspiring space.

Appropriate use of materials (CLT and Metal) for pre-fabrication and easy transportation, better approach to the typical re-use of containers etc.
