Jury Comments: Simple, stong idea that is well developed – carving away at simple forms. Although simple, the main house plan is well developed. Separation of primary suite from main living with outdoor living space is really thoughtful and nice.

Jury Comments: Simple strong parti with clear circulation and the addition of the share space adjacent the central circulation. Appreciate the acknowledgement of brick, the typical campus material, but using it in a way unique to the building (stacked bond with special coursing for variety). The detailing is clean so that the forms and brick details can be appreciated. The interior material palette is also simple but bits of color to delineate specific spaces. Clean, modern, simple - seems like a great backdrop for innovation, idea sharing , collaboration.
